A Glimpse of Paradise, Inc. was founded to assist in addressing the growing problems of drug related violence, substance abuse, unemployment, poor housing, poor education, high imprisonment rates, high rates of recidivism, teen pregnancy, and other problems linked to low income areas, drug-infested communities, and troubled youth.
ABOUT US
The challenging times he faced as a youth and a young adult combined with his ability to eventually succeed despite these circumstances were instrumental in motivating and directing Troy X. Stansbury to found A Glimpse of Paradise, Inc. upon his release from Federal Prison in 2001. Since that time, Stansbury, a former drug dealer and former prisoner of eleven plus years, has forged his way to becoming a successful entrepreneur, Prison Reform Minister, Community Activist, Youth Mentor, and dedicated father of two.

Our Work
A Glimpse of Paradise, Inc. has a thorough history of being a premiere youth development program; a high-impacting favorite program with detained and released youth as well as youth in the community who have been identified as “at-risk.” We utilize a highly interactive model predicated on “mirror-imaging” and “progressive self-awareness”.
